Growing up, soccer was more than just a sport, it was a way to stay focused, disciplined, and out of trouble. Years of
playing and coaching instilled a deep appreciation for the game’s structure and the valuable life lessons it teaches.
Although limited time eventually led me to step away from active play and coaching, my passion for soccer never faded.
It remained a constant influence, shaping my personal growth both on and off the field.
That passion was reignited when my son became curious about the game and wanted to “try the sport.” His curiosity
inspired me to return to coaching. I am guided by the mantra, “Perfect the basics, and always be a student of the
game.” This philosophy emphasizes mastering fundamentals, embracing continuous learning, and showing respect for
the sport.
As a coach, I strive to blend my experience with humility, aiming to develop not just skilled players, but resilient
individuals who carry the lessons of soccer into every aspect of life. My approach focuses on personal growth,
teamwork, and the pursuit of excellence—on and off the field.
